Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL within 48 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday. Delivery times vary by destination.

UK & NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY

Via Royal Mail - £5.50 | Free on orders over £250

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international delivery is free on orders over £350

If you are ordering outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duty/customs and local taxes that must be paid by you on receipt of your order. Rules vary by country and are determined by your local government. MeMe London will not be liable for this charge.

RETURNS POLICY

MeMe London guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging.

MeMe London is unable to accept returns for the following items:

Sale items - No returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items. This includes flash or limited time promotions.

Earrings - We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Worn items - We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on pieces that have been worn.
